Our next walks will be from
Conwy
with the rising turrets of the mighty Conwy
Castle, relaxing harbour
and ever changing scene of the ebbing and flowing
estuary waters.
The same waters that flow past Trefriw and Betws-y-Coed.

Conwy is the classic
walled town. Its circuit of walls, over three quarters of a mile long
and guarded by no less than 22 towers, is one of the finest in the
World.
Conwy also boasts a magnificant marina and
wonderful harbour with shops and houses.
Walking invariably includes Conway Mountain, rising majestically behind the
town, with it's easy accessability and grand views and there is always time
afterwards for some refreshments in the many establishments there.
There will be three memorable walks to choose from:
- A Walk led by: Jennifer Mathias
- B Walk led by: Beverley Kelly
- C Walk led by: Gwyn Jones
