C WALK IS
APPROXIMATELY 7 MILES, NOT DIFFICULT
We start with coffee at the Betws-y-Coed garden nursery.
After alighting from the coach we head down to the main road [loo`s on the
right] turn left stay this side of road see cafe on the left.
Our walk takes us through woodland along a minor road up to
the Beaver Bridge cross the main road,
pass the fairy glen hotel on our right 1/2 km on the entrance to the
fairy glen falls on the right we can enter here at a cost of 50p each if we
wish.
we then get back on track. The path leads us through woods
where we may encounter some muddy conditions, we cross a stone style go past the cafe on our right turn left on to
the b4406 for 1km turn right past the mill on our left we cross the machno
river and pandy falls. We will lunch along here if conditions permit and then
it is an easy walk on hard surface for the final part back into Betwys.
