The walk
from Betws-y-Coed is a figure 8 route with a strenuous uphill stretch at the
beginning but the rest involves fairly gentle walking through forest, fields
and mostly on good tracks. On a clear day there are spectacular views of
Snowdon, Tryfan and the Welsh mountains.
