The AGM will be held
on Friday 8th February 2013 in the Parish Hall. The meeting
will be
preceded by supper served at 7.30pm. This year we will be having a hot pot supper provided
by Priory Kitchen, followed by desserts and coffee. There will be a charge of £4.50 per person
to cover the cost, payable on the night. Please bring your own cutlery, drinks and glasses.

Election
of Committee - Joan Hilton is retiring this year after 30 years on the
Committee! Nominations for Chairman must be given in writing to the Secretary, signed
by the nominee, proposer and seconder, by 31st January. Bev Kelly and Les Gibson
were co-opted on to the Committee towards the end of 2012 to fill the two vacancies.
