'C' Walk from Ruthin 2017

Walk leader:Gwyn Jones
Walk Distance: 5+ a little bit Miles app
Total Height Gain:

A very pleasant walk with no climbing.  (I had planned a short climb but at the top it was very muddy and the stiles not friendly - so I had to cut out this bit. This means there is a short stretch along the roadside but the pavement is very wide.)
From Ruthin we make our way to the village of Rhewl - through playing fields, at the roadside, along lanes and through fields. From Rhewl we walk along a quiet lane to the bank of the River Clwydd.  Our way back to Ruthin is along the riverside. On our recce we saw a Dipper and a Kingfisher so keep your eyes open.  There are a number of stiles – most along the riverside.
